Interesting day. Not really hungry today. No interest in cooking up some bacon or eggs, or having some pulled pork. But if there was low carb ice cream in the freezer, I'd pull it out and grab a big spoon. I see how fully hooked I am on sugar, and when there's no sugar I'll go for salt. And when no sugar or salt, give me crunch. Which is where cucumbers and jicama help me out! Just really noticing how easy it is for me to go overboard with anything high in sugar including bread.
