Felt like a glutton today. Hubby stopped at a creamery for lunch of all places! Thought hey I’ll just share a burger with the youngest. That’s at least halfway healthy and if I only eat half... well they served ice cream, shakes and malts ONLY. So rather than go hungry for another 7-8 hours I had a malt which was one of the lowest calorie things they had on the menu(there were street vendors I could’ve stopped at but doubted any of that would be better for me or lower calorie). I was rather upset at hubby because 1) my agreeing to eat ‘whatever’ at meals shouldn’t have been a meal of sweets only imo and 2) I’m lactose intolerant and normally feel horrible for hours and sometimes two days free eating ice cream. BUT tonight I am thanking him for his choice as I found out that I can have ice cream from a creamery!! Bit of gas after but not feeling near as badly as usual and didn’t last near as long either.
