9.0 hrs sleep, 0.0 hrs CPAP, 2.0 fatigue, RNeck 3, Joints 2;

Good sleep session. Did not use CPAP,CLM did not wake. fatigue is down, but Rneck up a bit. Doesn't seem like it's going to flare though. Joints down. Wore tommie copper on RH side yest evening, sleep and today.

Lawn work today is going well. Planting. Will switch to desk work at 1300 before rains start (hopefully, lol).

Overall doing well, even after the homemade pizza night. woot!! charted out the dough recipe. Pizza not too bad nutritionally, but b/c I charted it, I'm not as prone to eat many slices. turns out to be 400 Kcal per slice (2x slices = serving = 1/4 of large pie)
