Day 65 of my 90-day program went really well. Even though my weight is up, I had a good day. I ate leftover meals from the day before, this gave me extra time to walk and shop before work. No rushing! Yes!
Started my fasting for the weekend just a little late due to I had a client when I would normally eat. That means I have to end a little late on Monday. The first 24 hrs is mostly "dry fasting" but I did have some water, just not very much. Okay, I'll not call it a dry fast, just normal "water fasting". My walk was awesome, it was already getting kinda warm, but I enjoyed being out in the sunshine.
Nothing to do today but walk and rest. Hope you all have a great day!

I have read that dry fasting can help to repair loose skin

@Keilin_4, not sure about the skin repairs, but I have heard the research shows a 24 hr dry fast is equal to 72 hr water fast in terms of detox and autophagy.

I would try a dry fast but I need to exercise to deal wit the 'mental' "I want to eat". Maybe I'll try it on a rainy day when I can't run anyway :)

Yes, that is my problem too, I want to exercise, ride my bike, I don't think we can do both at the same time , my scale is down another pound this morning I am not going to record it because I know it is dehydratation and my scale show it too, it's because I am working outside in my garden and the weather is hot hot 😫, so for today drink enough water is on top of my list 💧💧💧💧
