Unfortunately yerterday night I ate 2 slice of mixed thick pizza.And this morning I took 300 gram again.In every fiasco I 'm taking 300 gr. I'm soo sorry .I don't understand why??? But in every stress position ,I'm eating harmfull things.( usually at midnight) This week my performans was too bad.But" TODAY IS A NEW DAY".I believe tbat , if I wish to loose weight from my hearth, and if I decide in my brain, I can be success.I will try again.I will never give up.I hope this was my last fiasco!..Have a nice day to you my friends.See you..

It’s ok to have a lapse. It’s what you do the next day that is important! Weight loss is hard but it’s also a lifestyle change. You will eat pizza again but you will make better choices. Keep up the great work!

It is not just you dear we all make some unhealthy choices during our diets, you are aware and that is progress! I too eat things I shouldn't but I pick back up and keep trying! We here to support you.

Many thanks dear friends.Today I made super diet.I didn'nt eat harmfull things.I swam in the pool 45 minute and I walked 2 hours.I didn' eat anything except my list.I hope tomorrow I can get good news in my wehicle..See you..
