Day 62 of my 90-day program went pretty good. I have to admit I feel like I'm just starting out today, that's how far away from my plan I have strayed. Not sure I'm in Ketosis or not. I will walk today 5 miles, that should make me feel better. I have to get it together and do what I know is right. My goal today is to track my food and keep it around 1700 calories. I need to drink lots of water and get some electrolytes.
