6/18/18 breakfast again was great - a little less filling with new macros but still really good. Lunch was not very satisfying, but the blackberries were amazing of course - right from garden and perfectly ripe and sweet. Eating them with pecans and cream cheese worked ok but not much cream cheese needed - at least gave it some protein and fat to go with carbs. Dinner OK - the cauliflower mash with zucchini and this time boston butt. Not as good as with bacon, but still pretty good - added extra seasonings. Finished dinner at 7:30.
