I know I always post as if I've already won, and then I derail epically. I'm scared about this. I don't want to fail again.

I lost almost 78Kg, and THIS "diet", I think I can maintain. I can even go to restaurants and have whatever I want, I get full really fast, and still enjoy myself.

- COUNT, COUNT, COUNT

- PORTION CONTROL - I am a petite person-sadly I can't eat as much as a "normal" person.

- NO SNACKING - EVER. I know I'm failing at this with the night cravings and snacks. That's very, very hard still...

- REDUCE CARBS - No need to make them disappear, but less carbs is good.

I'm on the up now, I wonder when the down will come- I have to keep reminding myself, no matter what the OCD demon says, that I'm making amazing progress, and I can change my life and be healthy for the kids and SO.
