Well here I go again trying to lose weight ! This time my health depends on it ! I need bilateral Knees surgery and have to decrease my BMI of 45 closer to 40 for the surgery not to be as risky !! That puts pressure on me and being an emotional eater doesn't help at all. I've begun to cut out just about all of the bad carbs (you know the good tasting stuff) and I have to admit I already feel better. My portions need to shrink and that is a struggle for me cause I've been out of control for almost a year now !!
