Not feeling too well today, my left hip and knee are really painful. Went for a walk on Saturday in Beddgelert forest and think I did too much, added to all the standing baking and jam making! Car boot went well, sold out of jam and cakes! Had to resort to pain relief since yesterday so sitting with legs up, the good side of this is getting on with knitting a shawl for one of our nephews long awaited first baby! On track with food as had lots of low carb meals I froze last week so my husband has been on kitchen duty!

Aww, sorry you’re feeling rubbish.. you know you have my sympathy for the joint pain🤗 Good job you’d planned ahead with the cooking( and have a husband who’ll do kitchen duty😉👍) Glad the car boot was successful and hope you feel a bit better after resting up 🤗🤗
