6/11/18 got pure runs 1 hr after eating very large artichoke with some butter and little salt followed by a lot of macadamias and some dark chocolate. No meds today so not related to meds. Notice that salty macadamias make me binge like bread rice and corn snacks - mindless and fast. Am cutting macadamias out and replacing with raw pecans and roasted salted brazil nuts which I like well enough but not as much so wont scarf them. I think for me this is about planning well for healthy meals and allowing myself to be hungry at times. drink more water or broth. Got tired today around 5. May be time for another fast.
