Getting myself back on track tomorrow. I had fallen off my post surgery wagon and need to get my Diabetes back in control as well as back to losing weight. I’m just lucky I didn’t gain it back. Just plateaued for a while. I could really use any suggestions for an expensive post surgery recipes living on food stamps unfortunately until I can finally get disability. Also could really use some diet buddies don’t have much of a support system.
