Hanging in there after a relatively rough food weekend. Still going down, albeit a little slower than I would hope for. Love my diet though, especially without the meat. I don't consider myself a vegetarian...I just don't care for meat. Still varying up the exercise, but need to introduce some weight. I used to be all muscle, but alas without weight, fat takes over.
