6/4/18 Today I see that my protein level was too high and my fat level not high enough. I've been researching so much into the carbs. I need to focus extra research into how to easily add fat to my meals. Avocados are not always ripe and ready. For now it looks like macadamia nuts are my go to food to add enough fat to my daily total.
