...and instead of crawling into a hole (like I did yesterday) you logged in and did a journal. See, this is why you have done so well so far. When you have perfectly human moments, you do your best to stick to the plan :) As far as breaking fasts, I have found you can actually get a little weight loss boost if you eat a little something then start fasting again. The ONLY reason I had to stop doing that was I could not stop the eating part :)
