Here goes the journey to a leaner body. Ugh... after being on the much higher bulking diet, I now feel like I'm starving. it was so nice eating all those calories and carbs before lolol. I learned when I was cutting before that the trick is to eat smaller meals and spread the calories out more. I wasn't hungry when u was cutting before (at least not after I learned how to manage the more restrictive diet). It takes a few days to get into a new set of macros because you're so used to the old macros and that way of eating. I actually had to look back on FatSecret to see my meal diary when I was cutting before. I wondered "What the hell was I eating before?!?" lol.

I find I fill up better if I have more protein than carbs. You have done a great job so far, so you probably have a good plan!

Thanks... agreed! Currently my cutting macros are 42/42/16 (CPF). Fat Secret really helps take out the guesswork. Thanks for your support! 🙂
