Feeling good about where I am at with my weight so far. I have been gradually losing a ounce or two daily. My diet has been followed closely. Although, I have been eating a little bit of chocolate everyday. I don't want to deprive myself. I fear returning to my previous weight and being unhealthy again. So far, I'm feeling better mentally, and seem to have a little more energy that usual.

I think what you are doing is right. Actually a small amount of dark chocolate is healthy for you....just keep it small, like one small piece per day.
