Good morning everyone. I trust everyone had a terrific weekend. Mine was pretty good. Sunday was a struggle, pizza and cupcakes. But I managed to shake off the weekend weight with a loss. It wasn't as big as last weeks, but with eating some carbs this weekend, I am excited. This week is a short one, I have a vacation day on Friday, nothing fun but necessary to take it off.
